In our olive mill, we use state-of-the-art machinery, which – incombination with the direct processing of the olive fruit and its low pressing temperature (23-25 °C cold pressing)– produces excellent quality olive oil.
In our warehouses, we sort our freshly produced products according to their type and organoleptic characteristics, in controlled temperature conditions and store them before their use.
In our company’s specially designed chemical laboratory, we test and guarantee our products’ quality, through comprehensive checks. We bottle and pack our products according to the certified standards (ISO22000:2018), maintaining their high quality and organoleptic characteristics unchanged, until the moment they reach your table.
Following the tradition of our grandparents, we cultivate our family's estates, creating the specialedition series of products that come exclusively from our own olive groves.
